Jessica is a maternal mental health expert, speaker, educator, and author of When Good Moms Feel Bad.
She is the creator of the Mom Parts Method, a compassionate framework that helps moms understand and relate to the many internal experiences that emerge throughout motherhood and matrescence.
Meredith Futernick-Gerak, LPC (she/hers)
​Meredith is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Approved Brainspotting Consultant, Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist.
Her work centers on trauma-informed, brain-body approaches, and experiential clinician education.
